Caprolon Workpieces

Caprolon category presents caprolon rods with a diameter of 30 mm to 120 mm and a standard length of 1000 mm. These are high-quality engineering plastics that are widely used in agricultural machinery, mechanical engineering, food, chemical and other industries for the manufacture of bushings, guides, gears, plain bearings and other wear-resistant parts.

Three types of caprolon rods are available:
✔ Yellow (regular caprolon) - a classic version with good mechanical properties, high wear resistance and low coefficient of friction.
✔ Black (with graphite) - modified caprolon with the addition of graphite to improve anti-friction properties, reduce wear and increase self-lubrication.
✔ Timlon (impact-resistant caprolon) - a reinforced version with increased impact strength, resistance to deformation and longer service life even in difficult conditions.
