Conditions of exchange and return

Article 9. According to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights":

The consumer has the right to exchange non-food products appropriate quality for the same vendor from whom it was purchased, if the goods did not satisfy him in shape, size, style, color, size or for other reasons it can not be used for other purposes. The consumer has the right to exchange the goods of proper quality within fourteen days, not counting the day of purchase.

Exchange of goods of good quality shall:

- if it is not used;
- if its trade dress are saved;
- consumer properties, seals, labels;
- settlement document issued by the consumer with goods sold.

Terms of exchange / return defective goods

Article 8. According to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumers' Rights:

If you find within the stipulated warranty period disadvantages the consumer, in the manner and within the terms established by law, has the right to demand:

- proportional reduction of the price;
- free elimination of defects goods within a reasonable time;
- reimbursement for deficiencies goods.

The requirements of the consumer under this Article shall not be satisfied if the seller, manufacturer (enterprise that satisfies customer requirements set out in part one of this article) prove that the defects of goods resulting from rules violations consumer product use or storage.
