Transol CLP 220 Gear oil, 20l

TRANSOL® CLP 220 industrial gear oils, obtained from selectively refined mineral oils, contain lead-free additives that improve lubricating parameters (such as sulfur-phosphorus) and a set of additives with anti-corrosion, antioxidant, anti-foam and demulsifying effects.

Characterized by:

- Protect individual transmission parts, i.e. gear wheels, rolling and friction bearings. From increased mechanical wear during normal operation, as well as in the case of shock loads,
- Provide corrosion protection for transmission components made of steel and non-ferrous metals, from chemical effects of active components of the oil and its oxidation products,
- Due to high thermal-oxidative stability, they allow long-term operation at elevated temperatures without losing their properties,
- The antifoam and demulsifying additives used counteract the decrease in the lubricating properties of the oil as a result of creating a strong foam and oil-water emulsion,

Application
Transol® SP oils are intended for the lubrication of highly loaded mechanical transmissions of industrial equipment that often withstand shock loads, such as rolling equipment in metallurgy, construction machinery, machines operating in cement plants, lifts and loading equipment in the ship industry, in machine tools, in transmissions of steam and gas turbines, in machines used in the paper industry and in other equipment at temperatures up to 120oC, requiring the use of oils with increased lubricating film strength under load (oils contain EP - Extreme Pressure additives), good thermal-oxidation stability when used at the highest temperatures and with good anti-corrosion (taking into account iron and metals that do not contain iron) and demulsifying parameters.

Transol® SP oils can be used in cases where gears are exposed to aggressive environmental influences (water vapor, corrosive gases), as well as to changing ambient temperatures (cranes, winches, etc.).
